‘Lost Without You’ singer Robin Thicke is going to need some serious ‘Magic’ to escape this situation. Late yesterday, sources reported that Thicke was detained by the NYPD for marijuana possession.

The New York Daily News reports that patrol officers who caught him smoking a spliff in his Cadillac Escalade arrested him. “He wasn’t driving,” said the officers. “He was arrested and a small amount of marijuana was recovered on him.” Thicke was taken into custody at 12:25 PM ET near 3rd Avenue and East 21st, in NYC.

According to Access Hollywood, the singer was issued a summons at the police station and ended up staying for no more than 15 minutes. He also ended up signing autographs for the staff. Corruption perhaps?
