30March2012 The Wanted Chasing The Sun The Wanted announce ‘Chasing The Sun’ As Next Single

The Wanted reached global success with the release of ‘Glad You Came,’ which achieved platinum-selling status. They followed their first single with ‘Gold Forever’ and with their self-titled U.S. debut album ‘The Wanted’ set for release on April 24th, the band has announced ‘Chasing The Sun’ as their next single and it goes public on April 17th.

Tom Parker prematurely broke the news when he tweeted: “I don’t think I’m supposed to announce this but S*it.” After that, he made the big announcement:

In an interview with MTV, Tom also revealed: ”We’ve got a new one called ‘Chasing the Sun,’ which is gonna go out to radio soon, so look out for it. It’s in the same vein as ‘Glad You Came,’ it’s upbeat.”
