Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine was spotted running down the street with a gorgeous female and upon a closer look, we realized that his lip was bleeding. So what does this mean? Was he saving the blonde from a tussle? Well not exactly!

Levine is actually in the process of filming the video for his bands’ Wiz Khalifa assisted track ‘Payphone.’ “Shot the video for #payphone today,” he tweeted on Thursday (April 19th). “More tomorrow. This s*it is truly insane. In a great way. Crazy.”

He also shared a photo of him sipping coffee at his desk with a caption “my day job” and a close up shot of his bruised face with the caption “Rough morning…”

Maroon 5 and Wiz Khalifa performed ‘Payphone’ earlier this week on ‘The Voice’ and the track made it’s way to No.1 on the iTunes chart. Maroons 5 have also announced a presale for ‘Overexposed’ and have a special version, which includes bonus tracks available for purchase.
