This past weekend, Usher’s stepson Kyle Glover was injured in a jet-ski accident, which left him brain dead and according to the incident report from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Jeffrey S. Hubbard has been identified as the person who was riding the marine vehicle.

According to the report, Hubbard was operating the watercraft in Atlanta’s Lake Lanier when he struck Glover and a 15-year-old girl who were riding on an inner tube being puled by a boat at approximately 3:25 P.M. ET. Both of the injured children were flown to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston. Doctors declared Kyle Glover, 11, Brain Dead and the 15-year-old female suffered a cut on the head and a broken arm.

“Basically, a pontoon was pulling two juveniles on an inner tube, and the watercraft ran over the top of them,” Sgt. Mike Burgamy told the New York Daily News.

The investigators have ruled out alcohol in the accident and authorities are waiting on Glover’s medical outcome before any criminal charges are filed. “It depends on the male’s condition. With certain things we have to wait and see,” explained Sgt. Burgamy. “Once we gather all our info, we’ll talk to the District Attorney and discuss it with them to decide what action to take.”

Speaking to Radar Online, Tameka Foster described her son’s condition simply saying, “He’s bad.”

Foster took to her Facebook page for support writing: “Kyle, You are strong.. You’ll be saved I know it. I love you my baby. I need all #Prayers for my son! thanks you everybody!”
