Nicki Minaj recently visited ‘The Tonight Show’ for an interview with Jay Leno and to perform her new single ‘Pound The Alarm’ – it’s a good thing that she wore those pasties.

Speaking of her first headlining tour, she said, “It’s always really nerve wracking, because you never know if people are going to be like, ‘Get off the stage, psycho person that I don’t know.’” “So I was always in a rush to get off the stage.”

She also revealed that making the move from Trinidad to New York City was quite a culture shock but her family was excited mostly for one reason, to see snow. “We had never seen snow! We were used to just hot, hot, hot. When we got there we just wanted to make snow angels, and that was like the highlight of our lives.”

Funny enough, Minaj spoke of her job at Red Lobster explaining that she was “hated” by the customers. “I didn’t want to be there and the customers could tell,” she said. “I was like, ‘Are you ready to order?’ And they always wanted extra bread, and it was annoying.”
