Taylor Swift Purchases New Cape Cod Home Close To The Kennedy’s

It seems as if things between Taylor Swift and Conor Kennedy are getting much more serious. The 22-year-old singer recently introduced Kennedy to her parents over lunch and she’s reportedly purchased a new home in Cape Cod, Massachusetts close to Conor’s grandmother, Ethel Kennedy.

Swift takes love very seriously and the fact that she’s purchased a home so close to the Kennedy’s means that everything has to be going perfectly in their relationship. A realtor in Hyannis, Massachusetts confirmed Swift’s purchase of the $4.9 million seven-bedroom Colonial style waterfront estate last week to PEOPLE.

“It’s in a beautiful location and right across the street from Conor and the Kennedys,” said the realtor. “It’s a beautiful home. She got a nice home, paid fair price. The house was on the market for two to four years.”

These two are head over heels in love and Rory Kennedy recently told reporters, “she’s a great friend of all of ours,” adding, “she’s awesome and we love her.”

Fueling these reports, Swift was spotted at the Kennedy compound yesterday (August 12th) in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts. After enjoying a conversation with Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and the rest of the family, she went swimming with her boyfriend.
