Taylor Swift Releases Artsy ‘We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together’ Lyric Video

Taylor Swift’s new breakup anthem ‘We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together’ was released last night and not only has the single – lifted from her upcoming album ‘Red’ – hit the No. 1 spot on the iTunes chart in less than 50 minutes, but it has also received a very artsy lyric video.

The video is as quirky and cute as Swift herself as clippings of the lyrics are strung up and hung from the ceiling, created using a typewriter, painted on a white background, spun on Vinyl records and a bunch of other artistic methods.

Speaking on the album title, Swift said: “I wrote a song called ‘Red.’ Thinking about what that means to me and all the different emotions that are written about on this album, they’re all pretty much about the kind of tumultuous, crazy, insane, intense, semi-toxic relationships that I’ve experienced in the last two years . . . There’s nothing beige about any of those feelings, so I called the record Red.”

‘Red’ will become available for purchase on October 22nd and Taylor Swift will perform ‘Red’ concerts on ‘Good Morning America’ on October 22nd and October 23rd.
