Kanye West’s Lawyer Confirms Sex Tape Existence

As we previously reported, Kanye West has a sex tape with a Kim Kardashian look-alike, which was recorded in a hotel room and his lawyer has since released a statement revealing that it was stolen from Ye’s computer.

West’s attorney Lisa M. Buckley of Pryor Cashman sent AllHipHop.com a takedown notice ordering them to remove numerous screenshots that had been published. She wrote, “Be advised that the Screen Shot, as well as the Tape from which the Screen Shot was taken, were illegally obtained and believed to have been stolen from Mr. West’s computer. Your posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and otherwise disseminating the stolen Screen Shot and/or other materials on the Tape constitute actionable violations of Mr. West’s rights of privacy and publicity.”

While Buckley may have her hands full with the sex tape, TMZ reports that there is a possible second sex tape. The firs tape is reportedly 20 minutes long while the second is 40 minutes long. TMZ wrote, “And we’re talking constant action. Seriously, the guy takes no breaks. It’s incredible. Almost Sting-like.”

The tapes are being shopped to the highest bidder and sex.com has increased its offer from $1 million to $5 million for the exclusive distribution rights, which would result in them packaging both videos both online and in DVD form.
