During Justin Bieber’s ‘Believe’ show in Arizona on September 29th, things took a strange turn when he puked on stage. He managed to get back on his feet and finish the concert but when people started asking question, he called into TMZ to clear things up.

JB’s incident was caused by a combination of milk and spaghetti and he told TMZ, “In Canada, we like to have spaghetti and milk. I dunno if you guys do that. I dunno if it was a good idea before my show, but I had a glass of milk before I went on stage, and I was feeling it five songs in.”

“The show still went smoothly after that, I went back and finished it and gave them a great show,” The Biebs added.
