Last night (October 6th), Jay-Z wrapped up his concert series at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York with a spectacular performance in front of a 19,000-person crowd. Joining them were 60,000 viewers on YouTube and Hov’s wife Beyoncé.

Hov kicked off his concert with his typical set that included ‘Where I’m From, ‘Empire State Of Mind’ and ‘Brooklyn Go Hard’ before making a tribute to his late friend Notorious B.I.G. with ‘Kick In The Door’ and ‘Juicy.’

“Don’t let no one diminish your accomplishment,” he told the crowd about people who felt that his contribution to the Brooklyn Nets wasn’t enough. “Here’s the story. A young black male was raised in a single-parent home in a low-income housing project and I stand before you as the owner of the Brooklyn Nets.”

During the peak of the show, he performed ’03 Bonnie & Clyde’ and through a cloud of smoke emerged his wife Beyoncé wearing a leather ensemble and Brooklyn Nets hat. Queen Bey then performed her hits ‘Diva’ and ‘Crazy In Love’ before Jay-Z came back on stage. As Bey walked off stage, her hubby slapped her on the butt and told the crowd, “Of course I had to let BK (Beyoncé Knowles) touch the stage in BK — well, BKC now.”

Once Bey left, Jay took over once again and performed an a cappella version of ‘Dead President’ before moving on to ‘Can I Live,’ ‘Public Service Announcement,’ ‘Heart in the City’ and ‘Hard Knock Life.’

Time was almost up but before Hov said good night to the massive crowd, he rocked the Barclays Center with ‘What More Can I Say,’ ‘Jigga (What’s My Name),’ ‘Izzo (H.O.V.A.),’ ‘Money Ain’t a Thing and ‘Jigga What, Jigga Who?’

“I believe that I’m in the building with 19,000 people that will change the world,” Jay said right before the show came to a close. After making his statement, his wife once again joined him on stage and performed ‘Young Forever’ before sharing a kiss and ending a great night.
