6March2013 Selena Gomez Harpers Bazaar 5 Selena Gomez Covers ‘Harper’s Bazaar’ April 2013‘Spring Breakers’ star Selena Gomez graces the cover of the April 2013 issue of ‘Harper’s Bazaar’ wearing an orange and white striped blouse and shorts from Dolce & Gabbana, earrings by Kenneth Jay Lane and white heels by Gianvito Rossi.

While we’re accustomed to seeing the singer/actress looking rather innocent, she takes on a different style in this issue as she poses for fashion photographer Terry Richardson as she wears Akris, Van Cleef & Arpels, Bulgari, Dior, Irene Neuwirth, Christian Louboutin, Calvin Klein, Phillips House, Oscar De La Renta, Bella Umbrella, Bruno Magli and Prada.

On the inside pages of ‘Harper’s Bazaar,’ the singer opened up about love, fashion, her relationship with Justin Bieber, friendship with celebs like Taylor Swift and just being herself.

‘Harper’s Bazaar’ April 2013 hits newsstands on March 19th.

Here’s what Selena Gomez had to say:

On love being normal: “To me, love is normal. Of course, you see Jay and Beyoncé and you’re like, ‘Oh, my gosh, they’re perfect for each other,’ but at the end of the day their love is just like everybody else’s love.”

On believing in love: “I believe in love—yes, I’m one of those girls. Most of my friends believe in love. I went out with Katy Perry last night. She’s so fun and awesome, but it’s cool to see someone older believe in love too. She is all about it, and that’s how I will always be. I believe in stories like, ‘Oh, I met him in Starbucks.’”

On her style: “I do not give a damn what I look like, I don’t. I wish I could pay attention because Gwen Stefani, say, looks flawless. Of course, when I’m on red carpets, I’m nervous, sweaty, and weird.”

On her relationship with Justin Bieber: “To make it as normal as possible — in such an abnormal lifestyle—was super important to both of us.”
