We love how Miley Cyrus has reinvented herself and now that she’s once again focusing on her music, the starlet has made some massive changes. Ms. Cyrus has changed labels and now that she’s at home with RCA, she’s hired Larry Rudolph to manage her.

Rudolph is best known for managing Britney Spears through the biggest points of her career and he even helped her recover from her head-shaving meltdown. Cyrus loves how amazing Rudolph is and according to E!, she entered the new partnership to maximize her success as she works on a new musical phase.

“Larry has the track record to handle an international pop star like Miley,” a source close to the situation said.

Miley’s mommy dearest Tish will remain as her co-manager and with this duo, she’s sure to be even more successful.
